Return, Exchange & Repair Policy

At Stitched by Tanna, all sales of wigs, hair extensions, and custom-made products are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct lengths, textures, lace options, wig sizes, and colors when placing their order. If purchasing a custom wig, it is also the customer's responsibility to provide accurate head measurements at the time of purchase.

 

In the event of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and appropriately.

 

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

 

If you believe there is an issue with your order, do not cut the lace, install, wear, wash, style, or alter the wig in any way. The product must remain in its original condition for us to review and address the concern. Cutting the lace or altering the unit in any way will void eligibility for review or resolution.

Reports submitted after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for review, replacement, repair, or any other resolution.

 

 

Wig Repair & Reconstruction Policy

 

Stitched by Tanna offers wig repair and reconstruction services on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for sending wigs in a clean, sanitary condition. All wigs must be freshly washed and free of product buildup, dirt, oils, makeup, odors, and other residue before being shipped for service.

 

If a wig is received and is not clean, a mandatory $30 Wig Wash Fee will be added to your service before any repairs or reconstruction begin. Work will not start until the cleaning fee has been paid. Turnaround times begin only after the wig is clean and all required service fees have been received.

 

Please note that not all wigs are repairable. Wigs with excessive damage, lace that has been cut beyond repair, severe chemical damage, or other irreparable issues may require replacement materials, additional repair charges, or may be declined if the damage cannot be reasonably repaired.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, altered, brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, or chemically processed.

  • Custom wigs made to the measurements provided at checkout.

  • Items without the original packaging, tags, or hair net.

 

Stitched by Tanna reserves the right to refuse any claim, repair, or reconstruction request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

 

By completing a purchase on our website or booking a repair or reconstruction service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Stitched by Tanna store policies, including our No Refund, No Exchange, and Wig Repair & Reconstruction Policies.
