We offer a variety of premium hair types, including 100% virgin human hair and Indonesian bundles. Both options provide a natural look, soft texture, and long-lasting quality with proper care.


2. How long does the hair last?

  • Wigs: Last over 1 year with proper care

  • Bundles: Last 3+ years, including our Indonesian bundles

  • 613 Blonde Hair: Can last over 2 years with proper maintenance


3. Can I bleach or dye the hair?
Yes. All of our hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, or bleached (up to #27). We strongly recommend using a professional stylist for bleaching or color treatments to maintain the hair's quality.


4. Do you offer medical wigs or cranial prosthesis services?
Yes! We provide cranial prosthesis units for those experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions such as cancer, alopecia, lupus, and more. Our services include:

5. Are your wigs glueless?
Yes, most of our units are glueless for easy wear and removal—perfect for beginners or those looking for convenience and comfort.


6. How long does shipping take?

  • Ready to ship / On hand: Ships within 2–4 business days

  • Pre-made or custom units: Ships within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)


7. Do you accept insurance for medical wigs?
Yes. If you qualify, we’ll help provide the documentation needed to submit a claim to your insurance provider. We also accept Buy Now, Pay Later options like Sezzle and Affirm.


8. What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an error occurs on our part, we will make it right. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


9. How do I know my wig will fit?
We encourage all customers to review our head measuring guide before placing an order. Stitched By Tanna is not responsible for improper fits due to inaccurate measurements provided at checkout.
